  • Cast Iron body with fully vulcanized liner seat preventing corrosion between liner and body
  • Disc in SS CF8 (upto 300 ø); above in DI
  • Operation by Lever, Gear, Pneumatic, Hydraulic or Electric actuator
  • For manual operation: Lever upto 200 ø; above with Worm Gear box
  • Suitable for easy installation between all kinds of flanges – IS, BS
  • No need of separate gasket for installation

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

The system provides a comprehensive solution for full and real time visibility of valves in your plant installed with the EMS monitoring device. The sysem consists of:

  • Valve Device (VD) that are attached to an actuated or manual valve
  • A system network that includes Valve Device Routers(VDR)
  • Gateway which manages the network
  • Management System which the software tool that reports about rhe valve's position and health status.
  • Operator Device (OD)which is a dedicated PDA that is used by the production line operator.
