AUTOMATIC CONTROL VALVES

Principally, a Globe valve (straight thru or “Y” type) body with an internal valve gently oscillating to seat or unseat depending upon pressure/flow variations in the upstream, downstream and the intermediate chamber in the valve, finer control exercised through a pilot operated Relay system that comprises a relay valve, orifice, speed control needle valve, isolating cocks, copper or St St tubing, pressure gauges and some time, solenoids for use with telemetry or microprocessor control.
- Sizes Available:
- 80 to 600 NB; PN 1.0, 1.6 Mpa
- Note:
- The valves are primarily for use in clean potable water systems
Applications
With some variation in the external controls (Relay system), the following set of valves for a variety of applications is available:
- Pressure Reducing valves
- Pressure Relief/Sustaining valves
- Level Control, Altitude valve
- Flow control/Constant flow valve
- Pump control valve
