TILTING DISC CHECK VALVE (600-1200 NB)
An Aerofoil like door ensures minimal drag and a high lift, delicately poised on its trunnion, is flow responsive, opens almost fully with increased flow (velocities up to 5 m/s) and on pump trip, closure of door before the water column can recede. The inclined metal seat (almost 30°), a generously proportioned, profiled face ring on door ensures drop tight closure.
