CHANNEL MOUNTED (FLAT BACK)
These are essentially for applications inside channels or end of channel, the heads never exceeding the height of the Door.
Mostly in cast iron construction with bolted frame members, the single piece door with elastomer seals on 3 sides, sliding in machined recess in the frame, lined with bronze / St.St. guide ways for unhindered movement.
In most cases, these have a steel fabricated Yoke on top (SELF CONTAINED) where the operating arrangement (Handwheel / Gearbox / Electric actuator) is provided.
