With a competent design team extensively using home grown as also high end software, more than 50 years of experience, we can help navigate the web of complex and often misleading claims by product vendors, local or overseas, that will optimally serve your purpose. Many a times though, there is nothing suitable available or is beyond one’s reach due to prohibitive costs. For instance large dia valves (for pump discharge, regulating duty, surge systems, header, mains isolation, scouring) for high heads. We can not only choose the right kind of valve but help design and manufacture these that will give all round satisfaction for decades.
From the days of time tested and proven H40 and H42K design of air valves, we have come a long way with a variety of valves including for very large dia mains or Hydel penstocks where vacuum could severely damage (collapse) a thin walled steel pipe or in low head long Mains with shallow gradient that poses subdued flow problems. Trust us to guide you to the right product.
We can help design such equipment, invariably operated from a height of 30 m+, manufacture and supply. And depending upon the nature of liquid to be handled, we can help select the right kind of raw material, trim and coatings to ensure longevity of equipment.
Our engineers can assist you on site with valve installation and configuration of electrical actuators and hydraulic power packs. In the past, we have sent our specialists to places like Kuwait, Uzbekistan and Laos to assist the client.

Technical Support
- When needed, our team can conduct site visit (pumping station, treatment plant) and assess the health of existing valves. Thereafter we can propose an optimal solution whereby some valves for critical application could be replaced with new ones, others retrofitted with electrical actuators to make the plant SCADA compatible and run efficiently.
- Optimizing town water supply distribution -
We can undertake assignments involving assessment of present state of a small town water supply distribution system, propose ways and means to optimize it using real time based modulation (pressure and /or flow control).
Imparting training to end users about do’s and dont's of IVC valves makes its usage so much easier.
A one day workshop about “Getting to know various valves used for water supply and troubleshooting” has been a once a year event at IVC where operation staff from MJP (Maharashtra) and a few nearby states have been coming. This is made to coincide with events at MJP’s training center at Nasik.
